Venting some frustration because we own 3 Cobras and I enjoy getting all the Marti Reports on them. The Deluxe jumped from $35 to $55 and the simple production Stats (aka numbers) have jumped from $50 to $80!! I know he has employees to pay, but seriously, the Stats prices of numbers off a spread sheet!? As of this week, they are not taking in any new orders, must be playing catch-up. End Rant
The ( PERSONALIZED STATISTICS REPORT ) used to be $ 60 + $ 7 shipping, now $ 80. ( I've bought 3 ) Also notice the Elite Report is now offered ( $ 300 ), this used to be only for " older " MY's..
Yes, unless you have multiple cars. I’ll be spending roughly $350 on 3 cars Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
. 2011 GT500 2014 GT500 2017 F150..............more of a joke than anything else,...........who knew..
For sure a "1st world" problem commenting on a price increase of support documentation for your collector cars..... Back to serious, Kevin Marti is a super nice guy, knows his stuff, and provides great documentation. As posted above, it is very possible that Ford increased their fees, forcing an uptick at the retail level. Its an added bonus, that more modern hardware is now being covered.
His costs went up or his workload is through the roof. Either way... very specific service he offers and it's a single purchase per car. Not like you will need to renew the report with him every year. That kind of pigeonholes his business model into repeat or new customers that buy cars.
Also, they are currently down at the moment because a few employees may have contracted the COVID. They will be back open once all clear.
Inflation, cost go up for everything. Better start getting ready to pay more cause minimum wage goes up too.
the entire production database for every ford, lincoln, or mercury made for the u.s. and canada for 1967-2017??!?? that spreadsheet must be HUUUUGE
one thing about their information (and please correct me if i am wrong about this) is that they are not able to provide the build numbers or build dates for special vehicle team (svt) vehicles. they do show the build date for the vehicle, however that may or may not coincide with the build date that shows on the svt certificate. and it does not have the svt build number anywhere on there. for example, a 2004 mystichrome has an svt build number and build date, and it also has an svt mystichrome sequence number. but i don't think that that specific svt-related data is included with the marti reports. i am basing this off the marti report i got for my sonic blue terminator several years ago
You are correct, they don’t tell you the SVT Build #. For my 93 Cobras, the dates line up with my door sticker and the SVT cert. haven’t seen any discrepancy there. I did argue something with them in a discrepancy which ended Marti himself responded. He stated they release exactly what Ford has given them and will not change any information per their license agreement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
interesting. i wouldn't be surprised that even though they have a contract with ford, somehow ford's svt isn't specified within it, and therefore they don't get that information by omission.
