Hey guys! I need to do some data logging. I am having issues getting the SCT driver to download either manually or automatically. I put the disc in my laptop and the software installs just fine but the driver will not. I also have been on SCT's website to troubleshoot and didn't get anywhere. I have been trying to do this for 3 hours now so I am throwing in the towel and asking for help. I am off today to data log and unfortunately may have to wait until next week when I could get SCT customer service on the phone to help...I am going to leave Van alone for the rest of the day (he is off but he is still trying to help)...so if y'all know of any suggestions....please throw them out there for me!!! It's seems like a computer problem, Sometimes antivirus software can cause issues, also try to turn off windows firewall I had a PC with windows 8 that would not recognize my SCT tuner And I never could figure out why
I literally JUST got it to work!!! SCT sent me the stuff I needed and it worked perfectly!!! Now I have to wait til Friday to data log...lol Thanks guys!! Scott
